Iron Lung Presentation
Mark Hayes had access to an Iron Lung from the Historical Society; he brought it to show the Southwest students a piece of history. The elementary, junior high, and high school students were all able to see it and learn a little about it. Albert Hayes came to the high school and talked to the students about when he had to be in one as a child. Thank you Mark and Albert for sharing some history with our students!
