| Education: I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Vanguard University of Southern California and my teaching credential at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California. I have a Master of Education degree with a focus in literacy from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. I have been teaching here at Southwest for eleven years. | ||||||
| Biographical Information: I was born and raised in a small town in southern California. I started riding horses when I was two years old, competing in gymkhana and rodeo as I got older. I have always enjoyed reading and being outdoors, preferably at the same time. My husband and I made a "temporary" move here in 2013, but we each established our dream careers and fell in love with the mid west culture, so we are now permanent residents. I still root for the LA Dodgers--never miss a game! | ||||||
