Forms to be Competed for 26-27
Jr/Sr High School forms
1. The Activities Handbook. This Google Form was sent out July 14. Every student in Grades 6-12 needs this filled out, so if you haven't completed it yes, please do so. .
2. Activity Forms. Any student who is participating in ANY school activities needs to fill out this form. You will be asked to complete this form during the parents meeting on August 3 at 7:00 PM. It can be completed early, if you choose.
3. The Student Handbook. Every student needs this filled out. This will be sent out soon
Elementary Forms
