Certified Staff Application Requirements

A completed Certified Staff Application must include:

• Letter of application
• Completed Southwest Public Schools Certified Application.  The form is editable, but must be printed and sent to the school, or emailed to the appropriate contact.
• Credentials including three letters of reference
• Official transcripts of undergraduate and graduate coursework
• Current resume
