Applications for employment will be accepted at the Southwest Public School Business Office located at 900 Coke Street in Bartley. If no current openings are available, applications will be kept on file in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

All positions are subject to a veterans preference.
Employment opportunities for the 2019-2020 school year include:
1.) Substitute para-professionals to work with students (two-years of college education or equivalent required, or ability to receive certification required).
2.) Substitute teachers for grades Pre-School through 12.)
A completed certified staff application needs to included the following:
a. Submit a letter of application
b. Submit completed Southwest Public Schools Certified Application
c. Submit credentials (Including three letters of reference)
d. Send transcripts of undergraduate and graduate coursework
e. Submit a complete resume
